| Happy New Year BIB Property Owners Thank you everyone for your patience and support as we move ahead towards working together to restructure the BIB HOA.As you know on December 30th of 2021 we officially rescinded the authority of the BIB Homeowners Association and allowed them time to respond to the official notice and to conduct themselves accordingly. The board continued to ignore the wishes of the majority of property owners and thus the reason the community wants a structure that allows all to have a say.Please join us at 4:30 on January 18th for a google meeting for questions and answers with Bradley Rinehart, Belize Advisors Consultancy Limited, who will walk everyone through the new structure and explain the document I attached to the email. We will also have Fatima Chi, a consulting partner from L3G & Associates (http://l3gsbz.com/), who we have retained as our bookkeeping and accounting firm, to set up the proper reporting structure and accounting principles to operate a nonprofit HOA in Belize.
